Soft washing is distinctly different than power and pressure washing There are two different ways to soft wash. One way is using what is called a downstream injector along with your power washer. The second way is using an Air diaphragm pump to apply the cleaning solution at 90 to 100 PSI. The equipment used for soft washing may also have telescoping handles so that the cleaning solution can easily reach roof eaves, upper story windows, and other such areas, without this added pressure. Fertilizer and Rust stains are a very common stain that we see on concrete surfaces, most people do not even know they can be removed! We provide both rust stain and fertilizer stain removal.

Concrete and other types of driveways and sidewalks is one area where Premier Pressure Clean will use high pressure. While we do not recommend using high pressure on your home or roof ever.

380PowerWash came out today and power washed our driveway, patios, and pool deck, as well as a soft wash on the stone exterior. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were able to clean all of the black mold growing on the exterior stone, and our driveway looks brand new! They were responsive and easy to communicate with the entire time.

380 Power Wash really exceeded my expectations. I purchased my home in 2006 and it is mostly Austin Stone. Over the years, stains, algae, and discoloration has made my home look like a real mess. I tried many times to clean it myself spending hundreds of dollars on chemicals, sprayers, brushes, etc. nothing worked. Randy and 380 Power Wash came out and cleaned everything. My house looks like the day I bought it and I could not be happier with the results. I keep going outside just to look at it because its so clean and great. Outstanding work! Randy and Josh did an amazing job! I had hired a unnamed power wash man and what a nightmare he left the work undone and my driveways marked up really bad.
